Welcome to Court Records Documenting System
 

Court Management activity includes analysis of a substantial variety of documents relating the Trial Process in the Special Court for Sierra Leone. This electronic system provides the technical ability to store and retrieve information in a Specific Documenting Library.

The monitoring of the progress of Motions and Applications lodged with the Special Court is one of the most crucial functions to ensure efficient management of all cases before the Court. Part of the function of this system is to assist parties in ensuring that Responses and Replies are filed within the strict time limits.

The main Menu is located on the top of each web-page and allows users to navigate through specific views of the documenting system.

Site Overview
Click to navigate Documents - This shows all documents filed in this case and also allows users to extract documents by category including "Orders and Decisions", "Motions" and "Responses and Replies". Click to navigate Acting Counsels - List of Counsel assigned to each detainee supplying information such as telephone numbers and email addresses where applicable.
 
Click to navigate Outstanding Documents - This will show any Motions or Applications lodged where there are outstanding matters indicating when the next document due is to be filed by.
 
Click to navigate Distribution List - This shows who within designated categories are electronically served with documents when they are filed with Court Records. Click to navigate Statistics - Monitor showing the number of documents filed by various departments.
 
Click to navigate Monitoring - Log showing Motions and Applications filed, with links to all connected documents. Click to navigate Contact Us - Contact details and information regarding the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
