Prior to being called to the Bar, Ms. Ashraph worked in the Palestinian territories, assisting in investigations of allegations of violations of international humanitarian law. As a barrister, Ms. Ashraph specialises in criminal defence and is actively involved in the Bar Human Rights Committee's West Africa group.
