Despite press reports to the contrary, the fact is that the Special Court has currently only issued arrest warrants for the following persons:

- Foday Saybana Sankoh 
- Issa Hassan Sesay 
- Alex Tamba Brima 
- Morris Kallon 
- Sam Hinga Norman 
- Johnny Paul Koroma 
- Sam Bockarie (Maskita)
